The Garrett's

We had a whirlwind weekend which started with the Garrett's.  They were brave enough to hike through some muck to get some beautiful shots, and even taught us a new pose, the totem pole. : )  The love they have for each other shines through in these pictures.  Here's a sneak peek (can you find the totem pole?).  Enjoy!

Meet Miss Molly Marie...
Could she be any CUTER?!?!?!  Molly Marie had her first photo shoot today--and she couldn't have been any more cooperative.  She certainly brought smiles to our faces...we hope these make you smile as well. 

The Conley's

She told us she would have her guests use disposable cameras to take their wedding pictures if we wouldn't do it.  Now how could we ever let that happen?  Deb and Kelly had a beautiful day surrounded by family and friends to celebrate the first day of the rest of their lives.  Here's a peek...

Baby on the way...

Soon there will be a new addition to the Backyard Photography family.  I am expecting a little boy sometime within the next 8 weeks.  When I was pregnant with my first son, Ben, two of my good friends, Ashley and Kerri, talked me into maternity pictures. I was reluctant, but so happy once they were done. Since then I have never heard anyone say, "I wish I wouldn't have done that." It's quite the opposite actually, so to celebrate the miracle of pregnancy Lisa took me out for a shoot.  It's not easy to be on the other side of the lens, especially when your sister-in-law/close friend is the one doing the directing.  In between belly laughs Lisa was able to snap some amazing pictures.  Here are a few.
